Delete your Baste account

In the app

1. Open Baste and go to the Studio tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

If you own the studio, this deletes the studio and everything in it for all members: styles, reviews, recordings, photos, transcripts, corrections, sheets, factory details and factory replies, and closes the sheet links you sent. If you are a member of someone else’s studio, it removes your account and membership; the studio’s content stays with its owner.

Without the app

Email privacy@getbaste.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is kept

Data is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store settings.
